This is the best team I could have hired! For both buying and selling which is for me, unheard of. I was able to get the house we wanted thanks to their impeccable reputation in the industry, negotiation skills and timely strategy on a bidding war in a premium neighbourhood ; furthermore, I sold my house with them just after the market softened due to interest rate hikes and despite that, sold it in 5 days (including Easter holidays) at over asking price thanks to their commitment to the sale, negotiation and solid guidance. Head and shoulders above the rest. Eric and Dario put the client interest first. We had to sell 2 estate properties and were eager to jump and the initial offers. Eric explained every detail to consider and gave us reason and confidence to pass on the offers that didn't have favourable conditions or were low balls.
